Beyond PCs LLC is not responsible for,
nor do we imply any responsibility for, the loss of any amount of data due
to the failure of any product or service sold or provided by Beyond PCs LLC.
Beyond PCs LLC is not responsible for the loss of any amount of data loss
before, during, or after any services or products have been provided to any
potential, current, or past customers of Beyond PCs LLC or any employees of
Beyond PCs LLC.
Beyond PCs LLC, at the request of our
customer, or as part of a service provided by Beyond PCs LLC, will assist or
advise the customer on methods of, and/or the purchase of necessary products
for, the backing up or preserving of the information the customer deems as
valuable. The methods or practices provided to the customer by Beyond
PCs LLC on how to backup valuable information are intended to help reduce
the chances of a complete loss of the "information deemed as valuable".
The products or media purchased for the intention of backing up the data is
not intended or assumed to have any less or more warrantees than as stated
in the "Warranties" section on this page. It is the customer's
responsibility to verify that the "information deemed as valuable" has been
backed up and/or copied to the backup media and is able to be completely
restored from that media. Beyond PCs LLC will make every effort to
assist in the backup process when asked.
Warranties
Beyond PCs LLc unless otherwise
stated, will honor a one year warranty on most products sold within a 100
mile radius of Spartanburg South Carolina. Warranties are limited to
manufacturer defects, and failures of operation not due to any
environmental, physical or electrical incidents deemed by Beyond PCs LLC as
damaging to the product in question.
Returns and faulty products
Remember!!! When unpacking your
product make every attempt to not damage the package/container in which the
product was delivered. We suggest you store your container/ packaging
for one year after receiving your product. Faulty products must be
returned immediately to Beyond PCs LLC in the original packaging along with
a copy of the original receipt for the product as verification of warranty.
The product should be repackaged in the original container in the manner
in-which the customer received the product and immediately delivered to
Beyond PCs LLC. Payment for shipping products back to the manufacturer
are not included in the product warranty, and in some incidents a restocking
fee may be required by the manufacturer of the product; in which case this
charge will be passed back to the customer.
The extent of liabilities listed on this
page is not intended to govern all possible situations that Beyond PCs LLC would
not be held liable to potential, current, or past customers. Beyond PCs
LLC specializes in providing customized quality customer services and providing
products that it has deemed worthy for Beyond PCs LLC customers; these
services and products are performed and/or provided only with good intentions
and not seen as libelous in anyway.
